Refund & Returns Policy
If your order is yet to ship, you can contact customer care at support@cuddlybeans.com to request a cancellation of your order and a refund. Once your order is shipped, we can accept the return within 3 days of delivery in specific cases agreed by Amoriel Retail Pvt Ltd. The refund if any would be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation or return receipt.
Shipping Policy- Your order would be processed and dispatched within 48 Hrs of receiving your payment confirmation excluding Sundays and public holidays. Post this the third-party courier agency would take 2-7 days to deliver your order at your place. There may be delay due to some situations which are not in our control, i.e. floods, lockdowns, strikes, fog etc.
